- Crush ginger and garlic together
- Slice the tomato and onion

- Add sliced onions to hot oil
- Add 1 tsp salt (or according to taste)

- Add red chilli powder
- Add turmeric powder
- Add tomatoes
- Add crushed ginger and garlic
